What to Expect
To prepare, all you need to is take some time to really pinpoint your issue. The more specific you are, the better the results.
Do whatever would make you most comfortable, and most importantly, please try to bring an open mind – this will exponentially speed up the process.
I will check in with you throughout the session to assess improvement. I may ask you to stand up, move around, and/or to attempt the movements that trigger the pain, while I continue to work on you. All you have to do is breathe!
